DreamVillewill be developed on a big piece of land. We are planning anywhere between 50 to 100 acres, depending on the funds generated by initial investors and cost of the land.

The following are the infrastructure related things which will be developed on the property.

Five acre Pond 
Due to extreme shortage of water, in most urban areas, ground water has been depleted. While rains bring enough water, due to lack of proper storage, it is wasted. Thus, a pond of about 5 acres will be apt. It will add the required beauty and funtionality to the community.

ClubHouse



Resident Property Manager 
Maintaining such a big community is not a small task. To ensure that the infrastructure is well maintained, a property manager and some helpers (as required) will be employed full time. 

Staff Quarters 
The community will have 4 (or as required) quarters (not necessarily of same size) for the property manager, assistant, and helpers. These will be built along with the other infrastructure to ensure that the community is well maintained through out and that someone is always there.

Exclusivity
This is not meant to be a money minting commercial project. Hence, the lots will not be sold to just anybody. It is extremely important that all the members believe in the same principles of preserving and enjoying natural beauty. This does not mean that this is a community of only NRIs. Intellectuals and people of character are most welcome. Needless to say, money is not the only criteria.

To ensure this, every new member will accepted only after approval by the existing core members.

A common club house with standard things such as a swimming pool, tennis court, and a fitness center will be developed.

It will also have the management offfice and a communication hub for housing Wi-Fi setup etc.

Security

Security is very imporant in such a set up. Besides developing proper boundry walls, security will be handled by appropriate professional security management companies.

Other  Features
The property will be developed with proper roads, necessary electrical and communication wirings, and pipelines. Each lot will have the connections coming to it.
