The plan is to get together the core group of initial investors in whose name the land will be bought. Architectural model and infrastructure development will also start with the seed money. 


As of now, we are taking commitment from interested members about how much they are willing to invest. No money is to be paid now. However, based on this commitement amount, we can finalize the land purchase by consensus. Here is the current commitment matrix.

Once the project is started, individual plots will be sold and the proceeds will be used to finish the infrastructure.
